Please read the following terms and policies before making a reservation. Placing a booking means you accept the terms below.
1. Eligibility
- Muslim guests only. This accommodation is reserved for Muslim guests.
- Non-mahram couples may not share a room.
2. Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: after 3:00 PM.
- Check-out: before 12:00 noon.
3. Booking & Payment
- Reservations are made through our official website.
- A deposit is required to confirm a booking, and the payment receipt must be submitted promptly.
- The deposit is refunded if the unit turns out to be unavailable.
- The deposit is not refundable if the guest cancels.
- For bookings of more than 50 guests, please contact us first.
4. Date Changes
- Dates may be changed once only, and must be requested one month before the booked date (subject to availability).
- The new date must fall within 5 days of the original date.
5. Security Deposit
- A RM100 security deposit is required before check-in.
- It is refunded within 2 days of check-out, provided there is no damage, loss, or unauthorised late check-out.
6. Late Check-out Charges
Charged per hour after 12:00 noon:
- Balau, Resak — RM20 per hour
- Meranti, Merbuk, Berlian, Kapur, Cengal, Kempas, Jati — RM30 per hour
- Pine — RM40 per hour
7. Pool Access
- Pool wristbands are provided free of charge according to the unit's capacity.
- Guests beyond the unit's capacity are charged RM20 per person.
8. House Rules
- No pets are permitted.
- Smoking and alcohol are not permitted inside the units. A RM30 penalty applies.
- Karaoke is permitted until 11:00 PM only, out of consideration for other guests.
- Please keep the unit clean and secure throughout your stay.
9. Tax
All stays are subject to SST at the prevailing rate set by the authorities. The applicable rate is shown on your invoice.
10. Limitation of Liability
Management is not responsible for the loss of or damage to guests' personal belongings, or for any accident arising from a guest's own negligence. Guests are responsible for any damage to property during their stay.
